Corrections

If a drawing is wrong, a step is out of order, a dimension doesn't match its own model, or you know a joint by another name, write to me. Name the page and the sentence, figure or construction state, and tell me what you expected instead. A screenshot helps if the fault is in the 3D view.

The address

support@woodjointexplorer.com

It forwards to me. I read every message; I don't reply to every one. If your correction is right, the fix and a dated line on the page it changed are usually my answer.

What this address is not for

I don't answer questions about whether a joint will hold. This site publishes no strength figures or rankings, for reasons the methodology page gives, and I won't give them by email either. I don't take commissions or design work, and I don't respond to link exchanges, guest posts or advertising offers.

What happens to your message

I keep your message for as long as it takes to act on it, then delete it. I don't add you to any list or share it with anyone. The privacy policy has the details.
